Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
The position will be fully responsible for the design and implementation of the company's overall technical architecture, leading the development, deployment and maintenance of financial technology systems, ensuring that the platform meets industry standards in terms of stability, security and efficiency, and can effectively support the technical needs of our private equity fund management, asset allocation and quantitative investment.
Main responsibilities:
1. Lead the development and management of the company's core financial technology platform, including quantitative trading systems, fund back-end management platforms, asset risk control systems, etc.;
2. Develop and implement the company's long-term technical development strategy, and optimize technical planning and architecture based on business needs;
3. Build an efficient data processing and analysis system to support strategy research and real-time decision-making;
4. Responsible for building and managing technical teams, driving technical talent recruitment, training and performance improvement;
5. Follow up on industry technology trends, introduce innovative technology solutions (such as AI, big data, cloud computing, etc.), and enhance platform core competitiveness:
6. Ensure that the technical implementation process complies with the company's internal risk control, information security and compliance requirements;
7. Collaborate closely with management and business departments to promote the deep integration of technology and business.
Requirements:
1. Hold a bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Financial Engineering or related fields;
2. At least 10 years of technical development and architecture design experience, of which no less than 5 years must have technical management or research and development experience in financial-related industries (such as asset management, fund trading, quantitative investment, FinTech, etc.);
3. Familiar with the development process and business logic of quantitative trading platforms, asset management back-end systems, risk control systems, etc.:
4. Proficient in mainstream procedural languages and related technology stacks such as Python, Java, C++, MySQL, Redis, Docker, etc.;
5. Have excellent team leadership, project management, and cross-departmental communication and coordination abilities;
6. Have innovative thinking and sensitivity to the application of cutting-edge technology, and be able to maintain technical leadership in a rapidly changing market environment;
7. Have good writing and communication skills in Chinese and English.
