Job Responsibilities:

l Responsible for the work of requirement collection and design in the software system development process of insurance companies in the Hong Kong region

l At the insurance institution site, according to the project manager's arrangement, design and organize the specified system requirements

l Collect and summarize requirements from relevant departments of the customer side, and complete the organization of original requirement materials

l Communicate with the customer's demand responsible person to clarify their demand direction and goal, and then design software requirements

l Apply software engineering requirements design methods to normalize the output of requirements design, and form various normalized requirements design documents needed by software engineering.

l Conduct training, explanation and review of requirements based on the formed requirement scheme. Adjust and iterate the requirements according to the development needs of the software system.

Requirements:

l Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or finance, with at least two years of experience in insurance industry software system design or development

l Have permanent residency in Hong Kong, able to provide long-term and stable services to Hong Kong customers on site

l Familiar with the core business of property insurance or life insurance in the insurance industry, with two or more relevant system development or requirement design experiences

l Familiar with standardized software development process management and software requirement design methods, with two or more large-scale software development or system design success cases, insurance and other financial industry cases are preferred

l Proficient in the use of office, wps and other mainstream office software, able to independently complete the writing of various requirement documents

l Proficient in using tools such as Rose and Jira for requirement design, able to independently complete system requirement modeling and object-oriented design work, with system prototype development capability given priority

l Have good communication and expression skills, in addition to English and Cantonese, have a certain amount of Mandarin communication skills, and be able to complete daily work communication with customers

Logical thinking is clear, able to accurately understand needs and goals, and specify a matching implementation path.
