<p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Responsible for the daily operation monitoring and maintenance of the communication system, ensuring the stable operation of the call center communication equipment.</li><li>Perform regular preventive maintenance work, including system checks, software updates, and hardware testing.</li><li>Quickly respond and resolve communication system failures, perform problem diagnosis and technical support, and minimize service interruption time.</li><li>Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers, handle complex technical issues and system upgrade projects.</li><li>Write and update technical documentation, including user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and maintenance records.</li></ul><p><br>Work requirements</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or above in electronic, electrical, communications or information technology related fields.</li><li>At least five years of communication engineering-related work experience, of which at least three years must have call center communication system support and maintenance experience.</li><li>Familiar with the common communication technologies and platforms used in call centers, such as PBX, VoIP, ACD and CTI systems.</li><li>Have good problem analysis and solving skills, and be able to handle technical abnormalities at the hardware and software levels independently.</li><li>Have good communication skills and team spirit, and be able to adapt to emergency support and shift work. </li></ul>
