Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers in handling MPF account consolidation and transfer, providing clear process explanations and document support

• Based on the customer's financial situation, provide basic financial advice, covering risk management, retirement planning, and personal investment plans

• Regularly provide customers with the latest financial market dynamics and related information to enhance their understanding of wealth management

• Responsible for daily file organization and data archiving, ensuring customer data is complete and compliant

• Proactively contact customers to arrange meeting times, coordinate consulting service processes, and enhance customer service experiences

Work requirements

• Year 18, with secondary six DSE level (5 subjects qualified) or above

• No need to have relevant work experience, welcome college students, fresh graduates and hospitality, aviation or retail industry workers who are interested in changing careers to apply

• Passionate about the financial services industry, willing to learn about financial planning and actively expand personal development

• Have basic communication skills and sense of responsibility, and be able to handle customer needs and follow-up properly

• Applicants with banking and financial industry experience are preferred.
