From Sales Officers to Marketing Managers, Business Development Executives to Recruitment Coordinators—our mission is to hire the best. And we need your creativity to help us reach them.

The Role

• As a Freelance Recruitment Marketer, you will design and execute online campaigns that showcase our employer brand, promote open roles, and engage potential candidates across Hong Kong. This is a high-impact role where your work will directly shape the growth of our local team.

• You’ll work closely with our hiring leads to align messaging with role requirements and cultural values—bringing our job opportunities to life through digital storytelling.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and run targeted recruitment campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms

• Create engaging content—including job ads, social posts, short videos, and visual graphics—that highlights our culture, roles, and growth opportunities

• Write compelling job descriptions and promotional copy tailored to Sales, Marketing, BD, and Recruitment talent pools

• Utilize paid ads (social media and Google) to attract qualified applicants and increase visibility of job posts

• Manage and optimize our careers page and recruitment-related online presence

• Track campaign performance, analyze applicant sources, and report on recruitment marketing ROI

We’re Looking For

• Proven experience inrecruitment marketing, employer branding, or talent-focused digital campaigns

• A portfolio that shows creative, results-driven promotion of job opportunities

• Knowledge of recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobsDB, CTgoodjobs) and digital advertising tools

• Strong copywriting and visual content skills—able to speak to different audiences (from fresh grads to experienced hires)

• Fluent in English; Cantonese copywriting or localization skills are a strong plus

• Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple hiring campaigns simultaneously
