Job Description
- Provide professional real estate consulting services, accurately match suitable new and second-hand properties based on customer needs
- Proactively follow up on potential customers, regularly contact to maintain good relationships, and promote sales opportunities
- Assist in handling various processes of buying and selling and leasing transactions, including document preparation, coordination of various parties and follow-up support
- Continuously monitor real estate market dynamics, learn the latest policies and regulations and industry trends, and enhance professional knowledge level
- Visit the property site to shoot videos and photos, and post real estate information on an online platform to increase exposure
- Second 5 or above, with good oral expression skills, able to communicate clearly with customers
- Highly enthusiastic about earning commission, willing to invest time in developing a long-term career
- Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, able to work independently or cooperate with the team to achieve goals
- Positive and proactive personality, strong stress resistance
- No need for relevant work experience
