Your Responsibilities:
- Take charge of on-site startup and debugging of mechanical equipment, provide professional operation and maintenance training, and promote service contracts.
- Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions, providing phone guidance or on-site problem-solving.
- Handle warranty claims, feedback on quality issues, and contribute to product upgrades.
- Compile detailed service reports and maintain equipment operation data.
- Provide equipment repair according to customer needs, offer professional maintenance suggestions, cooperate with sales, and collect customer feedback.


### We're Looking for Someone Like You:
- College degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related majors.
- Over 3 years of after-sales service experience for mechanical equipment, familiar with circuit diagrams and equipment repair. Those with an electrician's certificate will be given priority.
- Proficient in computer operation and well-versed in office software, especially Excel.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Hardworking, practical, responsible, and with a strong sense of teamwork!
