Job Title: Hong Kong Ms. Snow Ice City Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Tea Drinkers
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall operation and management of the store, including personnel deployment, inventory control and sales target achievement. Ensure daily operations are efficient and orderly, continuously improving performance.
Supervise and guide the work performance of tea baristas, assist them in improving their operational skills and service efficiency, and ensure product quality stability and compliance with company standards.
Actively participate in team building and employee training, promote team spirit, and enhance overall service quality and customer satisfaction.
Maintain good communication with the headquarters and other branches, promptly communicate and implement company policies and operating standards, and ensure compliant store operations.
Handling customer feedback and complaints, actively solving problems, and maintaining brand image and customer relationships. Regularly collect market information and provide effective suggestions for store operations optimization.
Requirements:
Must hold a Hong Kong ID card and have legal work qualifications in Hong Kong. Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, basic English ability is preferred.
Have good organizational and coordination skills and team leadership experience, be able to effectively motivate employees and create a positive and proactive work environment.
Familiar with the tea beverage industry operation process, understand the beverage mixing, raw material management and store operation, etc. related knowledge, those who have relevant work experience are preferred.
Able to adapt to a high-intensity work rhythm, flexibly respond to sudden situations in the store, and ensure smooth and error-free operations.
Have a customer service mindset, pay attention to details and service quality, and strive to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
Full of work enthusiasm, high sense of responsibility and execution ability, able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure, and adapt to shift work and holiday work arrangements.
