Job Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records, including accounts payable and receivable entries.

• Support month-end closing activities by compiling basic financial reports and reconciling general ledger accounts.

• Process invoices, expense claims, and payment requests under supervision of senior accounting staff.

• Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Communicate with internal teams and external vendors in Cantonese, English, or Mandarin as needed for routine financial coordination.

Requirements

• Hold a Higher Diploma or Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• No prior work experience required; fresh graduates and career starters are welcome to apply.

• Fluent in Cantonese (mandatory), with working proficiency in both English and Mandarin.

• Must be a Hong Kong permanent resident eligible to work without sponsorship or visa restrictions.

• Available to work 4–8 hours per day, with flexibility to accommodate rotational shifts between Monday and Saturday.

• Competitive hourly wage ranging from HKD 60 to HKD 70, paid on a bi-weekly basis.
