User recall

Responsibilities:

1、Responsible for operating Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other overseas social media platforms;

2、Investigating and sorting out user feedback and suggestions, analyzing user characteristics, and proposing effective product optimization suggestions from both the user and product perspectives;

3、Collecting and organizing user feedback, promptly communicating with the development team, assisting in identifying and resolving product issues, and promoting improvements in product quality;

4、Familiar with the basic logic of user recall, conducting strategic recalls of lost users.

Requirements:

1、Fluent in English, capable of smoothly handling tasks related to user operations involving information gathering or output;

2、Possessing basic data analysis skills, proficient in utilizing data to optimize user growth programs;

3、Bachelor's degree or higher;

4、Strong comprehension and learning abilities, high level of empathy towards users, and innovative thinking for operational tasks;
