<p>Job Responsibilities</p><p> • Assist the sales team in organizing and updating sales information (including market analysis, property introduction and business presentation)</p><p> • Design and beautify Proposal, sales presentation and product / property Catalog (including text layout and image processing)</p><p> • Assist in preparing promotional and publicity materials such as promotional leaflets, social media images, and event invitations</p><p> • Responsible for simple market data collection and sorting, supporting sales and marketing decisions</p><p> • </p><p> • Contact printers, designers or other suppliers to ensure promotional materials are delivered on time</p><p> • Support daily office administration and departmental arrangements</p><p>Job Requirements</p><p> • College degree or above, marketing/design/business-related subjects preferred</p><p> • 1 year or above marketing, graphic design or administrative assistant experience (real estate industry is preferred)</p><p> • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic design software (such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)</p><p> • Have good aesthetic sense for words and page layout, be patient and meticulous</p><p> • Have good communication skills and time management abilities, and be able to handle multiple tasks independently</p><p> • Understand basic Chinese and English document processing and typesetting</p>
