Team Introduction:

Hong Kong He Shun Tang is a well-known Chinese medicine clinic chain group with over 50 clinics across various districts in Hong Kong. It has a professional medical team that provides professional and high-quality traditional Chinese medicine services for customers.

Duties Description:

1. Oversee daily IT operations, focusing on server, network infrastructure, monitoring performance, and responding to events and requests.

2. Manage settings and configurations in Office 365, Azure, AD, AAD, and vSphere.

3. Lead engineers to provide high-quality support for business departments in Hong Kong, including support for ongoing projects.

4. Ensure that network infrastructure and services comply with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements, including specific compliance needs for projects.

5. Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and provide technical guidance to the team while maintaining up-to-date network documentation and supporting project-related activities.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Software Engineering, Information Engineering, etc.
• At least five years of experience in network management.
• Practical experience with mid-range networking equipment such as switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs, ensuring adherence to safety, privacy, and legal requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive attitude, capable of working independently under pressure.
• Prioritization of those who manage IT environments in franchise stores.
• Proficient in Linux.
• Familiarity with O365, AD, ADD is preferred.
• Knowledge of Python and MongoDB is advantageous.
• Hold CCNA/ CCNP/ CCIE certification or related professional knowledge is preferred.
• Fluent in Cantonese, good English reading ability.
• Willingness to work and live long-term in Hong Kong (company can assist in obtaining a work visa)
