• Responsible for professional consultation services on property sales and leasing, providing comprehensive market analysis and advice to customers.

• Handle related matters in the transaction process, including price negotiation, contract signing, and follow-up.
• Regularly conduct market surveys to understand real estate market dynamics, enhance professional knowledge and sales skills.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance company business performance.

• Have relevant real estate or property management work experience, those with rich industry resources are preferred.
• Familiar with local real estate policies and transaction procedures, with good market analysis skills.
• Have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be able to handle customer needs and problems independently.
• Have good stress resistance and self-motivation, and be able to achieve predetermined business goals.
• Preference will be given to those with relevant professional qualifications or licenses, such as industrial measurement engineer qualifications, etc.
