Job Description
Responsibilities:
As a core member for E&M Installation Project Teamand report to Senior Project Manager
Responsible for execution of multiple projects from tendering to design work, project planning, procurement, documentation, site supervision, commissioning and operation
Co-ordinate with external parties such as clients, consultants, main-contractors and sub-contractors for project implementation; as well as internal parties to ensure day-to-day running of projects.
Monitor project progress andquality
Attend site meetings andhandle technical queries from clients
Requirements:
Degreeor Higher Diploma inElectrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering
Possess at least3 years' engineering experience in managing E&M projects
Qualified for REW – Grade B preferred
Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
Good knowledge in MS office & AutoCAD is preferable
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
Hard working, self-motivated, willing to work overtime, working under pressure and need to work at site
