Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for school recruitment and promotion, expand potential students through online and offline channels, and customize personalized recruitment plans;

Receive parents/student inquiries, provide detailed information on courses, faculty, campus culture, etc. core advantages, promote transformation;

Track enrollment data, regularly report progress, collaborate with the team to optimize strategies, and ensure that enrollment goals are met;

Maintain good relations between home and school, respond to needs in a timely manner, and enhance parent satisfaction and word-of-mouth promotion.

Requirements:

Strong communication, expression and negotiation skills, able to accurately convey school value;

Strong stress resistance, goal-oriented, those with education industry enrollment/sales experience are preferred;

Proficient in office software operations, good at data analysis and summary;

Love education, patient and responsible, good team spirit.
