Operations Manager / AM (Student Accommodation)

Location : Tsim Sha Tsui (Tsim Sha Tsui)

Salary: HK$40,000 – $50,000

Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensive supervision of the daily operation of the student dormitory, including front desk reception, housekeeping, and improving the overall student dormitory living experience.

• Responsible for the daily maintenance and renovation of the property, and you may have the opportunity to participate in project bidding (Tender) and new project (Project) planning.

• Manage property profit and loss statements (P&L), prepare operating budgets, and adopt effective strategies to maintain and enhance property occupancy rates.

• Guest Relations (customer relations) : The supervision team handles daily inquiries and complaints from local and domestic student customers to ensure high-quality customer service.

Requirements

• Education ： Must hold a university degree (Bachelor's degree holder).

• Background:

• Competencies ： Have good leadership skills, communication and coordination abilities, financial budget management, and project follow-up experience.

• Languages: Fluent Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
