Job Description
Requirements:
- Holders of certificate of HKALE / HKDSE equivalent or above
- 2 years’ experience in Collections Service is preferred
- Good command of written English and Chinese
- Good command of spoken English and Chinese
- Mature, good interpersonal skills, well-organized, self-initiative and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediate available is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Monitor payment behaviour.
- Perform dunning calls to remind delinquent account holder on overdue balances.
- Negotiates payment arrangements with debts.
- Prepare relevant documents
- Handle enquires on overdue accounts.
