Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Handle daily financial revenue and payment settlements, review source documents, and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of fund payments.
Complete bank reconciliation monthly, prepare balance adjustment statements, and follow up on unreconciled items.
Calculate accounts with suppliers and customers, conduct regular reconciliations, and assist in collecting payments.
Assist in preparing financial statements and completing tax declarations in line with Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards.
Participate in budgeting and monitoring of company funds, and support fund - raising and management activities.
Manage daily operations and maintenance of the financial system, ensuring accurate data entry and secure backups.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above.
Hold a valid Hong Kong work visa or be a Hong Kong resident.
Possess 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience.
Be familiar with Hong Kong listed company regulations.
Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
