Main Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities)

1. Company accounting and data integration (Accounting & Data Consolidation)

Full Set of Accounts: Responsible for handling the company's and subsidiaries' full set of accounts (Full Set of Accounts), ensuring accurate and error-free accounting records.

Data integration: Collect and organize the operating data of each subsidiary, prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements and data analysis tables.

Difference analysis: Monitor company account data and conduct preliminary investigations and reporting on abnormal expenses or revenue fluctuations.

2. Taxation & Compliance

Taxation: Assist in preparing profit tax calculation and various taxation application documents, ensuring compliance with the tax authority's requirements.

3. Payroll & MPF management

Payroll processing: Accurately calculate monthly employee salaries, commissions, and MPF (Mandatory Provident Fund) contributions.

Administrative assistance: Process the employer's tax return (Employer's Return) and related human resources administrative documents.

Entry Requirements (Requirements)

Education: Hold a higher diploma or degree in accounting, finance or related sciences.

Experience: Have 1 to 3 years of accounting work experience; those who have experience in handling full accounts or payroll calculations are preferred.

Technology: Proficient in Excel (must be familiar with VLOOKUP and Pivot Table).

Basics: Have basic Finance logic, not just record numbers, but also understand the meaning behind the numbers.
