  • Handle daily accounting and administrative affairs, including file sorting, data input and copying work
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and related accounting documents
  • Responsible for data input and verification to ensure accurate accounting
  • Support temporary tasks assigned by superiors, such as meeting preparation or departmental coordination work
  • Keep the office clean and orderly, and help maintain a good working environment
  1. Have basic accounting knowledge, those with relevant work experience will be given priority
  2. Proficient in the use of computers and office software such as Excel, Word, etc.
  3. Have good communication skills, be able to effectively collaborate with colleagues and supervisors
  4. Working hours are from Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00, working two to three days per week, those who can work on Thursday or Friday are preferred
  5. Responsibility and attention to detail are required to handle repetitive or demanding work content
