Job Responsibilities

· Responsible for daily accounting processing and accounting records, ensuring all financial information is accurate and error-free.

· Independently handle all accounts.

· Operate the outpayment system, accurately calculate employee salaries, MPF contributions, and related deductions.

· Have an associate degree or higher diploma qualification in accounting or a related field, and have five years of relevant work experience.

· Proficient in MYOB accounting software and Microsoft Excel (such as common functions, data sorting, etc.), able to efficiently process financial data.

· Have good digital sensitivity, attention to detail, and ensure accurate and compliant accounting.

· Good communication skills, able to effectively coordinate with internal departments and external institutions (such as banks, auditors)

· Fluent writing and reading of English and Cantonese, able to handle bilingual financial documents.

· Five-day work week, Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, with a lunch break in the middle.
