The Opportunity:

As a Talent Recruit Expert, you will play a pivotal role in our growth and success. Your primary responsibility will be to search and generate resumes from various disciplines such as Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Administration. This challenging and dynamic role will allow you to showcase your expertise in talent acquisition and contribute to building high-performing teams – we target at recruiting 1,000 professionals in the coming year! After this, our 2025 target is migrating to Big Bay Area with 20,000 forces!

Job Scope:

• Your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth talent searches into various platforms, channels and social media across various disciplines.

• Generating resumes of suitable candidates who align with our company's values and requirements.

• Collaborating with hiring managers and departments to understand their talent needs.

• Utilizing your expertise in recruitment strategies and techniques to attract top talent.

• Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

• Proven experience as a Talent Recruit Expert, with a track record of successful talent acquisition.

• Strong knowledge and understanding of various industries and job functions.

• Excellent sourcing and networking skills to identify and engage with exceptional candidates.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
