Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the planning and execution of event, including venue setup, and on-site logistics management.

• Assist with participant lists and briefing documents in both English and Chinese.

• Act as the assistant for attendees, speakers during events, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of issues.

• Fluency in Cantonese, English is essential for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.

• No formal academic qualifications or prior work experience required; enthusiasm, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills are highly valued.

• Eligibility to work in Hong Kong under one of the following: Hong Kong Permanent Resident status.

• Ability to work at scheduled shift: Sundays from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

• Comfortable working at the Hung Hom location and adaptable to dynamic, fast-paced event environments.
