Job Description
- Provide individualized nursing services according to the nursing plan, and record the nursing process and patient response to ensure accurate, complete and legally compliant nursing records.
- Assist in handling sudden situations such as falls, changes in consciousness or acute illness, and report to the supervisor and refer for medical support according to the guidance.
- Provide health education and life guidance to alumni and their families, promote chronic disease management, prevent infections, and enhance self-care abilities.
- Familiar with basic computer operations, able to use Chinese input method and common office software (such as Word, Excel) to process nursing documentation and electronic health record systems.
- Preference will be given to those with one year of experience in a nursing home.
- Have good communication skills and empathy, and be patient in building trust relationships with the elderly, those with cognitive impairments and their families.
- Responsibility, team spirit, and basic crisis management awareness, able to adapt to shift work and occasional overtime arrangements.
- Working 5.5 days per week
