Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of quotations, invoices, engineering quantity lists, official letters and other daily administrative work;

• Assist in drawing 2D AutoCAD diagrams for metal scaffolding and other technical drawings related to business (with AutoCAD foundation is preferred, those with no experience are also welcome to apply);

• Assist in handling external communication and document exchange with customers, suppliers, government departments and other relevant parties;

• Support daily office operations, including data processing, file management, meeting scheduling and telephone reception, etc. Administrative affairs;

• Provide necessary assistance to promote cross-departmental collaboration, ensure accurate and timely completion of project files and processes.

• Secondary School Diploma (Diploma of Secondary School) or above;

• No relevant work experience is required, fresh graduates and career changers are welcome to apply;

• Have basic computer operating skills, familiar with Microsoft Office suite of software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.);

• Preference will be given to those with AutoCAD basic operation experience, but it is not necessary; the company will provide necessary training and guidance;

• Able to communicate and write basic documents in Cantonese and English;

• Responsibility, attention to detail, good communication skills, and team spirit;

• Monthly salary range: HKD$15,000 – $20,000 (paid monthly);

• Working hours: 4 to 8 hours per day, flexible, and work days can be negotiated;
