Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing strategies, focusing on social media ad promotion, increasing brand exposure and conversion rate.

• Drive content creation and traffic growth, manage Facebook Business Manager and other social platform ad campaigns.

• Plan and execute email direct marketing (Email Direct Marketing) to enhance user engagement and sales conversion.

• Follow up on various market marketing and sales plans to ensure that the project is progressing on schedule and achieving its goals.

• Support business development teams by creating creative materials such as promotional flyers, sales toolkits, and PowerPoint presentations.

• Assist in improving brand awareness and product positioning, and maintain a consistent and attractive brand image.

Work requirements

• Holding a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, e-commerce or related fields; those with a higher diploma or associate's degree may also be considered.

• Have 1 to 3 years of digital marketing-related work experience, familiar with online marketing tools and major social media platforms.

• Those with content creation experience are especially good, able to independently plan and produce digital content that attracts audiences.

• Proficient in English writing and oral communication skills, able to write professional copy and effectively communicate with the team.

• A basic requirement is fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin, and the ability to adapt to a multilingual work environment.

• Applicants with the ability to use Adobe series software (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere) for visual material creation and editing are given additional points.

Benefits

• Monthly salary $20,000 - $25,000, negotiable based on experience
