Have beauty experience and advertising experience

• Responsible for planning, execution and optimization of digital advertising activities on Google, Meta, GDN, YouTube, etc., covering keyword advertising, display advertising and video advertising, etc. various forms.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and market analysis, accurately set target audiences, and improve ad conversion rates and return on investment.
• Collaborate closely with content and design teams to ensure ad creativity aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals, and enhance overall communication effectiveness.
• Regularly produce advertising effectiveness reports, integrate data insights and propose specific optimization suggestions, and share key findings and strategic adjustment directions with relevant departments.

Work requirements

• Have 1 to 3 years of digital advertising-related work experience, those who have worked in advertising agencies are especially preferred, familiar with the whole process of advertising management.
• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms, able to independently set up, manage and optimize multiple ad accounts.
• Highly sensitive to data, with solid data analysis skills, able to extract effective business insights from complex data.
• Proactive and positive, with a sense of responsibility and good communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate across departments and push projects forward smoothly.
• Fluent Cantonese, basic English communication skills, good writing and conversational skills in Chinese and English, and able to handle bilingual files and external communication.
