Main responsibilities

• According to the standard, daily inspect the various shops in the area, check service, product quality, environment, compliance, etc., provide on-site guidance and record problems (30%).

• Track the improvement of store issues, periodically follow up to verify the effectiveness of the improvement, and ensure closed-loop management (25%).

• Collect market operation requirements and franchiser feedback, promptly report to senior management and relevant departments, and co-ordinate to drive problem solving (15%).

• Assist in implementing headquarters and retail store operating policies and promotional activities, guide retail stores to standardized execution (15%).

• Integrate and share retail store operation data and inspection reports to support the optimization of supervisor work and operational decisions (10%).

• Collaborate with the training department to provide practical training and skills enhancement (5%) to front-end employees.

Position requirements

Work experience:

• At least two years of experience as a chain brand store supervisor or senior store management (food and beverage or fast-moving consumer goods industry preferred).

• Familiar with the chain store operation process and standards; those with local store manager experience are preferred.

• Have the practical ability to independently conduct store inspections, diagnose problems and provide on-site guidance.

Knowledge and skills:

• Master the management standards of the core retail operations (service, product, inventory, compliance)

• Have excellent communication skills and on-site guidance techniques, and be able to quickly establish trust with retail stores and franchisees.

• Strong execution ability, strong sense of responsibility, and able to effectively complete store inspections and problem follow-up work.

• Proficient in office software, able to write standardized storefront inspection reports and data summary tables.

• Fluent in Chinese and English, able to adapt to a multilingual work environment.
