We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented management trainee or assistant manager to join our team. The successful candidate will undergo training to be responsible for managing the club, providing an outstanding member experience for all members, continuously growing the club's membership base, and managing the team, the club's social media platforms and finances.

Responsibilities: Responsible for the daily operation of the club, including but not limited to ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures. Achieve sales and revenue targets for the club and its members. Manage employees within the club, complete all administrative work, promptly handle all member inquiries, and other necessary tasks to ensure the successful operation of the club and execute according to the direct supervisor's instructions. Maintain the schedule and smooth positive operation of group fitness classes. Provide excellent customer service to all members, ensure that their needs and expectations are met, maintain a strong positive relationship with existing members, and actively seek feedback to improve their experience. Focus on effective member retention strategies.

Through member recruitment, health activities and retailing to improve business performance. Work closely with our marketing team to drive sales and marketing performance. Requirements: Goal-driven, outgoing and proactive to achieve sales targets. Good English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) skills. Have general business knowledge and be able to do business thinking. Have analytical work methods, problem-solving skills and proactive attitude. Demonstrate excellent time management skills and priority setting, with organizational and neatness. Have basic computer skills
