Fullstack System Analyst / Technical Lead (React + Java Spring Boot)

(Multiple Openings: Mid‑Level & Junior)

We are seeking Fullstack System Analysts to support the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise applications using React and Java Spring Boot. Senior candidates will take on Technical Lead responsibilities, while junior candidates will focus on hands‑on development and system enhancement. Commercial project experience is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as part of an Agile development team to design, build, and enhance web applications and backend services.

• Develop, test, and maintain Java Spring Boot backend services and React‑based frontend components.

• Participate in technical solution design based on business requirements and system architecture guidelines.

• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes to ensure system stability.

• Identify technical options and propose solutions that balance technical feasibility and business needs.

• Build and maintain customer‑facing backend services, APIs, and integration components.

• Ensure code quality through best practices, peer reviews, and proactive defect prevention.

• Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications and enhancement notes.

Additional Responsibilities for Technical Lead (Mid‑Level Role)

• Lead 2–5 junior developers and coordinate with offshore teams.

• Oversee system enhancement workstreams and ensure timely delivery.

• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and solution recommendations.

• Support production incident resolution and lead technical troubleshooting efforts.

Requirements

Common Requirements (All Levels)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Hands‑on experience with React and Java Spring Boot, with recent exposure to Spring Boot in production.

• Experience in Agile development environments.

• Ability to conduct technical analysis, troubleshoot independently, and propose effective resolutions.

• Experience developing mid‑scale enhancements across application platforms, web modules, and batch jobs.

• Good command of English; Native Cantonese preferred.

• Commercial client project experience is strongly preferred.

Technical Skills

• React (ReactJS; React Native experience is a plus)

• Java Spring Boot

• MongoDB (required for junior role; preferred for senior role)

• Node.js (preferred for senior role)

• Understanding of web protocols, API design, and backend integration

• Experience with vulnerability fixing or penetration test remediation (preferred)

Experience Level

• Technical Lead:

  • 3+ years of relevant development experience

  • Proven experience leading junior developers and/or offshore teams

  • Strong technical solution design capability

• Full-stack System Analyst:

  • 2+ years of relevant development experience

  • Some exposure to guiding junior teammates is a plus

  • Strong interest in growing into a technical lead role
