Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Agricultural Product Development Specialist to oversee designated parcels of forage cropland. You will be responsible for monitoring crop conditions, implementing improvement strategies, and maximizing both the yield and quality of forage production — all supported by our proprietary agri-tech platform and systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and monitor assigned areas of forage cropland daily
• Implement soil improvement, irrigation, and cultivation plans to optimize pasture quality and output
• Record field data, track crop growth progress, and report findings to management
• Collaborate with agronomists and the operations team to apply technology-driven best practices
• Identify issues such as pest infestation, water stress, or soil deficiencies and take corrective action promptly
• Ensure all farming activities comply with company standards and timelines
