Salary and benefits

• Monthly base salary: USD 10,000 – 15,000 / month (approximately HKD 78,000 - 117,000)

• Performance bonus (P&L Split): highly competitive and negotiable

• Initial trading capital authorization: USD 10M – 100M (fully supported by the institution's strong proprietary funds)

Institutional introduction

[Rare Greenfield Opportunity] With strong self-funding support, the company is currently building a brand new agricultural product trading platform from scratch. You will have extremely high strategic autonomy,Directly report to the CEOAnd work closely with the energy supervisor based in Shanghai and the senior commodity trader based in Shenzhen.

Duties include:

1. Lead strategy execution: Develop and execute high-confidence commodity arbitrage strategies, with a core focus onCross-border arbitrage in agricultural products (Chinese domestic market vs. global foreign exchange market).

2. Full responsibility for transactions: Independently manage domestic and overseas varieties of self-owned futures trading, covering grains, vegetable oils, soybeans and related derivatives.

3. Capital and position monitoring: Summarize and real-time monitor business segment holdings, broker/bank funds and monthly positions, and report directly to the CEO in a timely manner.

4. Industry depth research: Collect, process and analyze industry fundamental data, monitor market trends, write in-depth agricultural sector research reports, and discover trading inefficiencies and arbitrage opportunities.

Qualifications for employment

• At least3 years or aboveVerifiable and profitable real-time performance record (Track Record).

• Market sensitivity: Have a deep understanding of agricultural product rules and cross-border arbitrage mechanisms of major commodity exchanges such as DCE, SHFE and CBOT.

• Core Competencies: Have sharp market insight, excellent communication and execution skills, and strong risk control discipline.

• Soft skills: High level of proactive, strong sense of responsibility, able to maintain high efficiency under pressure, and adapt to a diverse work environment.

• Education background: Bachelor's degree or above in economics, finance, mathematics, statistics, engineering or related fields.
