We are seeking skilled AI researcher to train, fine-tune AI models (VLA/VLM/World Model) for robotics & agentic AI. Engaged in co-research with university labs to explore AI models’ capabilities and applications. Collaborated closely with internal R&D teams to refine model integration and enable robust deployment in production environments.

Responsibilities:

• Focus on advancing the reasoning, perception, and action-generation abilities of foundation models like VLA/VLM/World Model.

• Explore and leveraged advanced techniques in training, fine-tuning, and simulation to enhance model performance and real-world effectiveness.

• Define the data workflow for data collection, simulation, training, and fine-tuning.

• Collaborate closely with university labs to translate technologies.

• Optimize AI models by leveraging mainstream frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, ONNX RT, TensorFlow) and vendor-specific toolchains across diverse hardware platforms.

Requirements:

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering，Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• Familiar with the architecture design and training/fine-tuning methodologies of mainstream large AI models

• Proven experience with AI frameworks(Pytorch, ONNX RT, Tensorflow, etc.).

• Strong programming skills in Python/Shell; familiarity with C/C++.

• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.

• Experience in Isaac Sim/Gazebo/Mujoco or other simulation tools.

• Familiar with world models and actively tracking the evolution of next-generation AI architectures.

• Experience in open-source development and stay up to date with emerging trends, tools, and community advancements.
