Main Responsibilities (Responsibilities):

• Provide one-stop, professional financial analysis services to individual, family and corporate customers, including risk management, wealth enhancement, retirement planning and inheritance.

• Develop and maintain customer relationships, deeply understand customer needs, and tailor the most suitable insurance and financial planning solutions.

• Regularly review your customers’ financial situation and insurance portfolio to ensure that your solutions keep up with the times and meet your customers’ needs at different stages of life.

• Participate in team professional training and market strategy meetings, continuously improve personal professional knowledge and sales skills.

• Establish and manage your personal brand, expand your professional network.

Entry Requirements:

• Hold a university degree or above (welcome graduates from all departments, finance, marketing or related professionals)

• Have good interpersonal communication, expression and public speaking skills.

• Positive and proactive, responsible, ambitious, and able to withstand pressure.

• Strong interest in the financial services and wealth management industry.

• Applicants are welcome from recent graduates and those considering a career change (We provide comprehensive on-the-job training).

• Able to speak fluent Cantonese and have good Mandarin or English skills will be given priority.
