What you'll be doing

• Performing in-depth needs assessments to gain a clear understanding of clients’ financial circumstances and insurance needs
• Researching and evaluating the insurance market to pinpoint the most appropriate products and services for each client
• Developing and presenting customized insurance proposals, clearly and persuasively outlining key features and advantages
• Supporting clients throughout the application and onboarding process to ensure a seamless and hassle-free experience
• Delivering continuous support and advice to clients, handling policy renewals and suggesting modifications when necessary
• Keeping accurate and thorough records to maintain compliance with applicable regulations and company policies
• Working closely with the broader sales team to exchange best practices and support business growth and success

What we look for?

• Level 2 or above in five subjects in HKDSE, including Chinese or English, and Mathematics; Grade E or above in five subjects in HKCEE, including Chinese or English, and Mathematics.
  (University graduate or holder of professional insurance qualifications is preferred.)
• Maintain good business relationship with channels, e.g agency, banassurance, broker etc.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to all levels.
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking in a dynamic and changing environment.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
