Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for store image management (including responsible for store product display, flowers, paintings, lights, windows, etc. daily image management and maintenance).

2. Responsible for managing the image of store employees (responsible for training and daily management of store employees' makeup, clothing, and hairstyles according to etiquette and rules, ensuring that they meet the brand image standard requirements).

3. Assist with daily customer reception and sales at the store.

4. Responsible or assist in the reception of important customers at the store.

5. Responsible for handling customer complaints at the store.

6. Responsible for store customer service standards and process inspections; Assist the customer service department in implementing store customer service improvement measures.

7. Review the store's《Customer Service Summary》.

Qualifications:

2. Have 6 years or more of airline cabin crew work experience, of which3 years or more as a flight attendant（3 years of cabin crew experience refers to the cabin crew of the entire aircraft, not the regional cabin crew) work experience;

3. Outgoing personality, kind and gentle, good image and temperament;

4. Strong service awareness and affinity, with strong communication and coordination skills;
