Airport ground staff work responsibilities
Responsible for the daily operation of the passenger service department, such as handling check-in, departure, arrival and ticketing procedures, and answering passengers’ inquiries
At the boarding and arrival gates, assist passengers
Applicants with relevant work experience will be considered for Customer Service Officer / Senior Customer Service Officer
Entry qualifications Entry qualifications
Grade Five or above / Secondary School Diploma Examination (including passing grades in Chinese and English subjects)
Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Shift work is required
