Responsible for driving performance management initiatives by setting targets, monitoring business results, and delivering actionable insights aligned with the company’s strategic direction. This role supports decision-making through data analysis, reporting, and performance improvement initiatives across branches and frontline teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and consolidate performance targets across business units in line with company strategy
- Monitor, analyze, and report business performance against targets
- Identify performance gaps and recommend improvement actions
- Develop and implement performance enhancement initiatives for branches and sales staff
- Build ad hoc analytics, sales models, and business performance dashboards
- Support refinement of performance and reward management systems
- Handle enquiries related to targets and performance metrics
Requirements
- Degree holder in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience (retail / prepaid sales preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SQL and Tableau/Power BI is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English; fluent in Cantonese and English (Putonghua is a plus)
