Assistant Anti-Money Laundering Manager

• Execute transaction monitoring, and investigate suspicious transactions or alarms identified by the anti-money laundering/counter-terrorism financing system.
• Assist in preparing and submitting suspicious transaction reports to the relevant regulatory authorities in a timely manner.
• Assist team leaders to monitor the progress of SAS cases and suspicious transaction reports, ensuring that all cases are completed within the specified time limit and a conclusion is reached.
• According to assignment, participate in handling temporary special projects related to anti-money laundering/counter-terrorism financing.

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, accounting, law or related fields.
• Have at least 2 years of work experience in bank or financial institution compliance, anti-money laundering or risk management.
• Familiar with local and international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CFT) regulations and supervisory requirements.
• Have good data analysis skills, and be able to familiarly use the trading monitoring system and related tools.
• Have strong problem-solving skills, be able to handle system technical questions and operational abnormalities independently.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, able to effectively work with cross-functional teams (such as IT, compliance, business units)
• Have writing and oral communication skills in Chinese and English, be able to write professional reports and conduct internal presentations.
• Preference will be given to those with ACAMS or other relevant professional qualifications.
