Job Description

• Lead architectural design from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with statutory, technical, and design standards.

• Manage all AP‑related duties including BD, Lands, Planning, and FSD submissions.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve design, technical, and site issues.

• Oversee preparation of drawings, statutory plans, tender documents, and construction details.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure construction works align with approved plans and local regulations.

• Provide expert advice on building regulations, planning applications, and project feasibility.

• Mentor junior architects and support overall project management for multiple developments.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Architecture from a recognized university.

• Registered Architect in Hong Kong with Authorized Person (AP) qualification.

• Minimum 8+ years of architectural experience with strong Hong Kong project exposure.

• Solid knowledge of the Buildings Ordinance, codes of practice, lease conditions, and planning requirements.

• Proven track record in managing mid‑ to large‑scale developments from design to construction.

• Strong coordination skills with consultants, contractors, authorities, and clients.
