Job Description
Responsibilities
Assist in conducting daily building inspections, checking common areas and facilities, and reporting any issues identified;
Act as the primary contact for mainland Chinese tenants, handling all facilities-related inquiries and complaints through to resolution; handle repair requests, coordinate, and follow up on repair progress; assist with property-related emergencies or ad-hoc incidents;
Assist in liaising with external service contractors, obtaining quotations, and following up on routine maintenance and minor repair works; monitoring the performance to ensure compliance with standards;
Handle daily clerical work of the property management department, including filing, record updating, and simple report compilation;
Assist the leasing team with tenancy administration, including but not limited to preparing contracts, handling renewals, and coordinating move-in/move-out/transfer procedures;
Perform other duties as assigned.

Assist in contacting external service contractors, obtain quotations, and follow up on daily maintenance and minor repair work; supervise their work performance to ensure compliance with standards;
Handle daily administrative work in the property management department, including file archiving, record updating, and compiling simple reports;
Assist the leasing team in lease management, including but not limited to preparing contracts, handling renewal matters, and coordinating check-in/check-out/transfer procedures;
Complete other assigned tasks.
Requirements
Diploma or above in Property Management, Facilities Management, or related disciplines preferred;
Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English;
1-2 years of relevant experience in property management or facilities maintenance; fresh graduates are welcome;
Proactive, responsible, with basic problem-solving skills;
Proficient in MS Office;
Shift duties or weekend work may be required.
Preference will be given to those with a diploma or above in property management, facilities management or related professions;
Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English;
1-2 years of property management or facilities maintenance-related experience; fresh graduates are welcome;
Active and responsible, with basic problem-solving skills;
Proficient in MS Office;
Shifts or weekend work (if necessary).
