Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate, creative, and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer who excels in the fintech and trading industry. You will play a key role in optimizing our trading App (iOS & Android) and CRM platforms by creating stylish, highly memorable, and distinctive user experiences that not only drive usability but also strengthen brand recognition and user loyalty in a highly competitive financial market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for the trading App and CRM system — from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity mockups, prototyping, and usability testing.

• Design stylish and memorable interfaces with strong visual identity, unique interaction patterns, and distinctive elements that make the platform stand out and create lasting user impressions.

• Optimize critical user journeys including account registration, KYC, deposit/withdrawal, trading interface, order management, data visualization, and client relationship management.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Trading Operations teams to transform business needs into exceptional, intuitive, and brand-aligned digital experiences.

• Ensure all designs maintain high standards of usability, accessibility, visual consistency, performance, and brand identity within a fast-paced trading environment.

• Conduct user testing and data-driven iteration to continuously enhance UX/UI performance and memorability.

• Stay ahead of fintech design trends and deliver creative solutions that combine aesthetics with functionality.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional UX/UI design experience, preferably in fintech, trading platforms, SaaS, or complex data-driven products.

• Strong portfolio showcasing memorable designs with clear case studies demonstrating visual impact, user engagement, and business results.

• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools; experience building and maintaining design systems is a strong plus.

• Deep expertise in user-centered design, information architecture, interaction design, data visualization, and creating distinctive brand experiences.

• Experience designing for financial or high-frequency trading platforms is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to thrive in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Fluency in English and Mandarin
