[Job Responsibilities]

I. Data collection and verification

Responsible for the full process of customer identity application, renewal and permanent residency, including document sorting and review, personalized document list formulation, supplement and modification suggestions, and ensuring that the application is complete, compliant, and intact.

II. Document writing and system operations

Three. Customer communication and service

Through online group chat, phone calls, face-to-face interviews, etc., maintain effective communication with customers, synchronize application progress, answer questions, and provide professional and efficient customer service and daily maintenance.

Four. Process follow-up and coordination

Follow up on case submission and review process, timely understand the approval dynamics and notify customers; receive and review signed documents, coordinate internal and third-party institutions, and ensure smooth progress of applications.

Five. File processing and policy support

Handle various types of supplementary documents, sort and submit application materials; Accept principal business inquiries, interpret and interpret relevant policies, output professional content, and provide business support to the team.

Six. Data Replays and Process Optimization

Organize identity application, renewal, and permanent residency-related data, review the delivery chain and process, collaborate with the team to control time nodes, continuously optimize work methods, and improve delivery efficiency and quality.

[Job Qualifications]

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least one year of work experience in immigration, study abroad, visas or writing, those with experience in handling Hong Kong identity applications, renewals and permanent residency cases are preferred;

2. Have excellent writing skills and document writing ability, clear logic, and be familiar with Office office software and online application systems;

3. Work meticulously and carefully, take strong responsibility, have good communication and coordination skills and stress resistance ability, and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently;
