Support & Troubleshooting

• Deliver first and second-level support for container leasing software, including ERP and custom applications.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to leasing and contract management, billing processes, and EDI/API connections with logistics partners.
• Investigate database logs and API errors to identify and correct faults.
• Coordinate system testing to validate solutions.

Incident Management

• Collaborate with external vendors to address system incidents.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base, documenting troubleshooting processes for teams across operations, marketing, and finance.
• Application Oversight
• Track and analyze real-time data through dashboards and reports.
• Assist with the migration of data, software upgrades, and patch management for internal applications.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of data across internal systems and external stakeholders.

Training & Documentation

• Conduct training sessions for operations, marketing, and finance teams on utilizing internal applications effectively.
• Develop user manuals and guides covering container movements, lease contracts, bookings, and reporting procedures.
• Collaborative Problem Solving
• Engage with both internal teams and external partners to troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges.
• Support compliance and audit activities related to container usage, lease agreements, and user permissions.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify and propose automation solutions to streamline processes (e.g., automated lease renewals, dynamic pricing notifications).
• Recommend enhancements to existing software applications and workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a technical support role.
• Experience within a Chinese enterprise environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL and MS Project is essential.
• Knowledge of design tools like Figma, Axure, or similar is advantageous.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua, both spoken and written.
