Main Responsibilities/Job Duties:
- Write smart contracts using Solidity or Rust, etc., to implement automated protocols and transactions;
- Design the overall architecture of the blockchain system, ensure security, scalability and efficiency;
- Integrate blockchain solutions with existing enterprise systems and traditional databases;
- Track the latest developments in blockchain, cryptography and distributed ledger technology (DLT), and implement cutting-edge solutions;
- Perform security audits on blockchain protocols and smart contracts, identify and fix vulnerabilities.
• Smart Contract Development: To write self-executing contracts using languages like Solidity or Rust, which automate agreements and transactions on the blockchain;
• System Architecture: To design the overall structure of blockchain systems, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and efficient;
• Integration: To connect blockchain solutions with existing enterprise systems and traditional databases;
• Research & Innovation: To stay abreast of the latest developments in blockchain, cryptography, and Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) to implement cutting-edge solutions; and
• Security Auditing: To identify and mitigate vulnerabilities in blockchain protocols and smart contracts.
Requirements:
- Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines Master's degree or above (must come from QS, Shanghai Ranking, Times Higher Education or USNWR latest rankings in STEM field global top 100 universities), Master's/Doctoral degree holders do not need work experience;
- Have 3 years of work experience, familiar with Solidity programming language and Ethereum-related technologies. Candidates with this background are preferred.
• Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines. Working experience is not compulsory for Master's/Doctoral degree holders; and
• 3 years of working experience and familiarity with the Solidity program language and related technology of the Ethereum blockchain is preferred.
Note: Such degree-holders should be from a well-recognised university, which is among the top 100 universities for STEM-related subjects in the latest publication of Quacquarelli Symonds (QS), Academic Ranking of World Universities (Shanghai Jiao Tong University) (also known as Shanghai Ranking), Times Higher Education or U.S. News and World Report's Best Global Universities Rankings (USNWR).
