Required Skills & Experience

·Experience:5+ years in software development and architecture, with at least 3 years in an Architect or Tech Lead role, preferably within a SaaS or enterprise software environment

·Technical Depth:

oExpertise infront-end and back-end development usingJavascript, HTML5, Mobile App, and Javaor equivalent backend technologies (e.g.Python) Knowing vue or React Native architecture is preferred.

oAdvanced knowledge ofSSO, email integration, 3rdparty systems

oSome knowledge on microservices architectures, APIs (REST, gRPC, GraphQL), and event-driven systems

oProficiency withcloud platforms (Azure, AWS) , containers (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes)

oSolid understanding ofrelational and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and identity resolution concepts

oAbility to draw diagram to illustrate the concept and project as well as business requirements.

·CRM & Platform Expertise:

oProven experience designing complex solutions on leading CRM platforms (e.g.,Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or HubSpotor other vendors from mainland China)

oDeep understanding of CRM platform and business capabilities, includingconfiguration and customization, security models, business process flows, and integration strategies

oExperience with low-code/no-code extension tools

oExperience in using software development tool and deployment tool.
