Responsibilities:

• Actively lead the team to achieve the company's operating indicators: sales and profits

• Supervise and manage multiple stores in the region to ensure they meet the company's requirements and standards.

• Regularly inspect the quality of service, food, and environment in your branches, and continuously improve and keep up with the times;

• Monitor each area's store operating expenses budget to ensure the achievement of the area's goals.

• Regularly set up promotion activities to meet the group's development needs and development direction;

• Nurture the team atmosphere of the branch, motivate and train employees

Requirements:

• Second 5 or above

• Passionate about the food industry;

• With 5 years or more of restaurant experience, including 2 years or more of operating multiple branches;

• Good Cantonese communication skills, such as English and Mandarin communication skills are even better;

• Have good communication and coordination skills, and often maintain an open attitude;

• Need leadership skills and independent handling ability;

• Able to use various Microsoft Office software, other food and beverage electronic systems, and understand how to operate the backend system of an online ordering platform;

• Have relevant food safety and occupational health and safety certificates
