Job Description
- Provide professional financial consulting services, assist customers in personal or family financial planning.
- Based on customer needs, analyze their financial situation and propose suitable insurance product recommendations.
- Explain the characteristics of various insurance products and help customers understand the importance of risk management.
- Continuously monitor market dynamics and related regulatory changes to ensure the accuracy and compliance of the information provided.
- Have secondary school education or above.
- Have basic insurance and financial planning knowledge, those with relevant experience will be given priority.
- Have good communication skills and customer service awareness, and be able to independently develop and maintain customers.
- Have basic office software operation skills, and be able to handle financial analysis reports.
