Responsibilities:

• Strategic Marketing Planning & Business Development: Prepare marketing plans and proposals with strategy tactic, and develop new business in order to achieve sales target

• Market Research & Opportunity Identification: Assist to identify new marketing opportunities via researching and identifying market trends, consumer needs, new technologies and competition environments, etc.

• Data Analysis & Insight Reporting: On-going market track data analysis, analyze consumer research data & market insights; to prepare reports, be able to translate them into business opportunities for upcoming brand growth and new product ideas

• Creative Strategy & Brand Visualization: Assist to develop strategic plan & creative visuals with internal and external parties to enhance brand presence and achieve business targets

• Multi-brand Marketing Strategy: Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive marketing strategies for different brand positions to enhance brand awareness, promote customer inquiries, and achieve sales growth goals

• Social Media Management and Content Creation: Manage and operate social media platforms for the company's brands (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Xiaohongshu), creating high-quality and attractive graphic and video content to enhance user interaction and community growth

• Advertising Deployment and Optimization: Manage digital advertising placements (such as Google Ads, Social Media Ads), conducting keyword research, A/B testing, and performance tracking to continuously optimize advertising performance for the best return on investment (ROI)

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Management or related disciplines

• At least 1-3 years or above marketing experience with supervisory skills, experience in online sales is preferred

• Experience on setup website, content writing, digital buying and data analysis (e.g. Google analytics, Facebook analytics), CRM experience, basic video editing is an advantage

• Proficiency in various digital marketing channels and tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, YouTube, Xiaohongshu, SEO/SEM.

• Excellent command in written & spoken Cantonese and English

• Able to manage multiple projects and coordinate across teams, work independently, and lead a team to achieve goals.

• Be proactive, self-motivated and well-organized with mature and detail-minded
