Responsibilities

• Provide professional consultation to prospective customers and maintain good customer relationships
• Be responsible and accountable for the center's performance and operation
• Manage the center’s class schedule to satisfy students and teachers best
• Handling walk-in inquiries, calls, and customer follow-ups
• Assess the center’s operational need and submit a human resources request accordingly
• Ensure student records are accurately reflected in the school system
• Provide assistance to teachers when needed

Requirements

• High Diploma or above
• At least 1 year experience in sales, preferably in the education industry
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Well-mannered and possess effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and proactive with a positive attitude
• Able to multi-task & work under pressure
• Possesses a detail-oriented mind with excellent problem-solving skills
• Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
• Fluent in Cantonese and English, Mandarin is an advantage
• Willing to work on Saturdays
