Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for B2C business expansion, actively developing new customers (individual customers), establishing and maintaining good customer relationships
Regularly conduct customer visits, meetings, training, and promotional lectures to enhance brand awareness and business conversion
Develop business development strategies based on company goals, and achieve personal and team performance indicators
Provide professional financial product consulting services, assist customers in making appropriate investment plans
Collaborate with internal teams to drive market activities, enhance customer engagement and sales effectiveness
Ensure all business activities comply with regulatory requirements and follow the relevant rules of the SFC/HKSI (especially those set out in Chapter 178)
1 to 3 years of sales or customer relationship management related work experience, those with bank RM, insurance sales, MPF sales or direct sales member sales experience are preferred
Preference will be given to those with SFC/HKSI licenses (especially Chapter 178), and those with MPF licenses are even better
Familiar with B2C sales process, with the ability to actively develop personal customers and successful track record
Able to work independently and have good interpersonal communication skills, good at face-to-face sales and customer follow-up
Have basic financial knowledge, be interested in financial products and willing to deepen your learning
Acceptable work mode: outdoor promotion, holding lectures and regular visits to customers
Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is preferred

Monthly salary of HKD 40,000 to 70,000, base salary plus high commission and bonuses, negotiable
